Design
This was a temporary promotional site created for UCare health insurance to run during the 2010 World Cup. It featured a daily quiz question and allowed users to vote on who they thought would win each game.
Techy Stuff
We selected the WordPress CMS to form the basis of this site because it allowed rapid development and deployment. The timeframe for this project from inception to deployment was one week!
The site required daily quiz questions to be scheduled and automatically added to the quiz archive for further play. Game winner polls were scheduled for each game, a countdown to game time was displayed and voting was automatically closed at kick off. All poll results were stored for viewing.
